How can we design a freemium app to enable university students to have more productive and engaging teamwork experiences with support of existing Atlassian products?
Based on our reframed problem statement, we then decide our target users would be Gen Z and millenials, interview and survey were made with following results.

Connecting with others: Most interviewees find it's hard if they don't know anyone in a new place, so they want more opportunities to learn about each other and establish a new, interesting relationship.

Working as a team: Interviewees mainly focus on task allocation, team efficiency, communication, feedback and responsibility.

Efficiency/ productivity: It is often related to time management, schedule and prioritising tasks.

Experience with products used:
Good experiences: Improving effiency, interesting interactions, simplicity supports adoption
